Is my work craft or art? I will let the viewer decide. I have been a self-taught fine woodworker and furniture maker for over 40 years. My work utilizes time- proven joinery, incorporated into unique designs, using modern and traditional methods. Through the years, I have drawn inspiration from studying classic furniture styles, as well as the work of 20th century art furniture masters. Some say my designs are sometimes whimsical in nature. I am passionate about what I do and incorporate my emotions into my work. When someone owns one of my pieces, they own a bit of my heart and soul. The forest is both my canvas, and paints.
