Our market is growing – would you like to join us? If you’re a local farmer, food producer or artisan, please apply to join the Lancaster Farmers Market.
We have a dynamic, community-oriented farmers market with a wonderful group of dedicated customers. We regularly host food trucks, community organizations and children’s activities. And we even throw a great party a few times a year at the farmers market with our famous pop up Market Bars!
As a vendor, you’ll benefit from the support of professional staff and the connection with our year round brick and mortar Keller Market House. And we accept SNAP/EBT benefits, Produce Perks, WIC & Senior Farmers Market Benefits on your behalf to drive your sales and make our market more welcoming. Our market is located in the heart of downtown Lancaster, conveniently right around the corner from the Keller Market House.
BEFORE YOU APPLY: VENDOR CHECKLIST
- Do you raise, produce or handmake your own product? We are a Producer Only market made up of farmers, producers, processors and artisans located in the state of Ohio.
- Are you up to date with any licenses required for your business? We require a copy all relevant licenses for the products you wish to sell.
- Do you have or do you plan to secure business liability insurance? We require each vendor to carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy with our organization listed as an additional insured.
2026 SEASON TIMELINE
- March 22nd: Application deadline
For full consideration, return your application to the Keller Market House by Sunday, March 22nd. Applications received past this deadline will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis as space allows. - April 1st: Vendor Notification
We will review and respond to all applications by Wednesday, April 1st via email. If accepted, we will provide you with your total due for vendor fees and request for any further paperwork. - April 18th: Payment & Paperwork due
Upon acceptance, seasonal market fees and copies of all applicable required documents including licenses and insurance certificates are due by Saturday, April 18th.
2026 MARKET SCHEDULE
Market Time: 8:30am to 12:00pm
Regular Market Season: Saturday, May 2nd through Saturday, October 31st
Shop Small Holiday Market: Saturday, November 28th
2026 MARKET FEES
Seasonal Vendor Fee:
For vendors attending 11 weeks or more and paying a flat fee
Seasonal Vendor Option A: $325 – May through October (27 weeks)
Seasonal Vendor Option B: $275 – May through September (22 weeks)
May also add on select days in October for $12.50 per day
Weekly Vendor Fee: $25 per day
For vendors attending a minimum of 6 weeks up to 10 weeks
Shop Small Holiday Market: $25 per booth additional special market fee
Vendors who are Friend of the Market Members at the Vendor level receive $25 off their vendor fee total for the season.
One-Time Weekly Space: $25 per day
For new vendors wishing to try our market. If choosing to return, vendors will select and commit to one of the above options for a minimum of 6 weeks.
