Wands & Wizards Kids’ Day at the Farmers Market

Celebrate Fairfield County’s Wands & Wizards Weekend at the Lancaster Farmers Market!
Visit the Lancaster Farmers Market on Chestnut Street in downtown Lancaster for a magical market experience! From 8:30am to 12pm, look for special Wands & Wizards themed products and decorated vendor booths throughout the market. Support local, enjoy a morning at the market, and see the magic happening downtown!
Special guests with free kids’ activities will include AHA! Children’s Museum and Squirrel Scout Outdoor School. Frios Gourmet Pops will also bring their popsicle truck!
Vendors to check out include:
– Arla Canby’s Cottage Kitchen – decorated booth, costumes, magically themed fancy caramel apples for sale
– Charlie’s Cookies – decorate-your-own cookie (free for kids)
– Curly Dog Coffee – New “Wizard Brew” coffee beans for sale
– Down the Road Farm – $1 sunflowers for kids, plus spooky bouquets for sale
– Ochs Fruit Farm – Magical apple varieties for sale
– Vintage 405 Candle Co – decorated booth, wizardly themed candles for sale
Our local WIC dieticians will also join us to distribute WIC farmers market coupons for free fruits & vegetables to active WIC participants, while supplies last. These can be used right away to shop with any of our produce vendors.
Make sure to also visit our Keller Market House up on the corner for another free Wands & Wizards activity from 10am to 4pm – a Pop Up Dungeons & Dragons Museum!
