My name is Josie Boyden the owner of Loreto’s Pistrina. I started my little baking business in 2023. I specialize in homemade pastries such as Croissants, Macrons, Danish, Pastry tarts, Scones, etc. I have a passion for making my baked goods authentic, from scratch, and with good quality and fresh ingredients when available.

Along with the variety of pastries I make an array of different deserts that can be found in my bio on my instagram page. I love to work with my customers and cater to their needs as best as I am able which allows me to accept custom orders.
