SUMMARY:Simplifying Nutrition Labels
DESCRIPTION:Do you or a family member have food allergies or sensitivities or a health issue that requires you to watch what you eat? Or do you just want to understand what is in your food so you can optimize your health? Join Virginia Magill of Functionally Whole Health & Wellness Coaching to learn how to put food labels to work for you. \nFood labels can be confusing\, and many people don’t know how to read them. Learning the basics of what they mean can help you make healthier choices for you and your family. This can be especially helpful as we come into a busy time of year\, with holidays and enternaining! In this workshop\, we will cover the nutrition facts label as well as demystifying ingredients. \nWorkshop fee: $25 ($20 for our Friend of the Market members) \nPlease RSVP by November 1st in person at the market house\, by calling us at 740-277-6305\, or emailing info@kellermarkethouse.com.
